Sometimes we need to stop users from progressing in the flow. But how do you do it smoothly, sound helpful and provide options rather than just a dead end?

To help create a content strategy for Hard Stops, I organized a workshop for our content team. The main goals of the workshop were to identify the current flaws with our existing content for Hard Stops and create guidelines for future content consistency.

WORD CHOICE MAPPING

To create more content consistency, I led the process to come up with well defined parameters in choosing one word to represent a concept instead of multiple synonyms and define use cases that warranted a different choice.
